weekend update: part one
sort of left you hanging there on sunday, didn’t i?
sorry about that. this week’s been kind of…odd. more on that later. as far as dad goes, (incase you’re not checking his blog on a daily basis), they decided on monday not to do the surgery because it looked like his body and the blood thinners were doing a good enough job that they didn’t want to risk the surgery. he came home thursday morning and we went over to help move his computer upstairs (no more cave) and stuff. ryan did most of the work. i hung out on the couch and played jeopardy with my parents, mostly.
there’s still some open questions about how/when chemo will resume, but any time you can treat a problem with non-surgical solutions, that’s a good thing.
