We have a flaw in the pavement on our street– a big bump or seam– that causes trucks’ rear doors (with those latches, like UHaul trucks have) to bounce up and down within the latch. It basically sounds like someone is slamming the back of the truck shut. And… man… it happens every time a truck goes down our street. Which shouldn’t be happening for any reason I can figure out, but seems to go on all night some nights.
